Delivery

When will I get my order?

Each item is made just for you! It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped. Shipping times vary based on location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

 

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with a print-on-demand company that has fulfillment centers worldwide! Your order will be printed and shipped from the closest location to you for the fastest delivery.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office. Since every country has different policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if these apply to your purchase.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out, please check the following:

  • Your shipping confirmation email for any address mistakes.
  • With your local post office, as they may be holding the package.
  • With your neighbors, in case it was left with them.

If everything looks correct and your package is still missing, please contact us at hello@herpsychology.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help. If an address mistake was made, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.

We work with a print-on-demand provider, meaning each item is custom-made just for you! Depending on your location, your order is printed and shipped from the closest fulfillment center to minimize wait times.

 

How do I track my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@herpsychology.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item, your order number, and any details, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
